Briana's experience is with textured hair, and around 85% of her clientele have natural hair (no chemicals). She began beauty school after high school, but fear of instability caused her to drop out and attend college for business administration instead. After 10 years of being in corporate, she got laid off. She then decided to pursue her dream of business ownership as a salon owner and stylist. In 2017, she launched Resilience Haircare, now known as B. Resil'ient Haircare. She has always had a love of hair, and for her 16th birthday, her friends put their money together to purchase her first hooded dryer!
